We, at Most Wanted Accessories, thank you for your purchase and want you to be pleased with it. Our aim is to build a trustworthy and loyal relationship with our customers, therefore we will always try our best to accommodate your requests and answer your queries.
We do not accept returns or refunds.
We understand that sometimes an accessory looks different on the website than in real life but for hygienic purposes, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or refunds after an order has been confirmed.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or wrong, so that we can work on it and ensure you receive your new one as soon as possible. We will request from you to send a picture of the item along with your Order number via our Whatsapp chat. We only offer Exchanges on items that have not been worn and are still with the tags on.
Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. In the event that you would like to add/remove/change an item, you can always contact us directly via Whatsapp and we will advise you on the next steps.
